Executive coaching

Viv is an experienced senior leader and a qualified Executive Coach, and will support and challenge you to achieve your goals. Executive coaching is ideal if you are starting out in a new leadership or management role and want a confidential sounding board to explore ideas and develop your individual style. Equally if you are seeking to develop your leadership further allow this coaching experience to challenge your thinking. If you are early in your leadership and management journey please ask us about whether a mixture of coaching and mentoring might be the right option for you.

Many of our clients take the coaching package as individual hourly sessions each month over the course of a year. With this flexible package there are other choices you may wish to consider. How about a half or full day kick start session, with the remaining sessions taken over time? Or perhaps 4 half day sessions taken quarterly allowing you to really focus on your development rather than fitting the coaching around the rest of your working day? Or the ultimate focus, two consecutive days taken here in the heart of Malhamdale, with undivided attention on your coaching goals. Ask us about accommodation options that may be available.

Coaching sessions can be offered over Zoom or Teams, or here in the coaching space in Malhamdale. You may, of course, choose to take a coaching walk, and bring the benefits of nature to your thinking.
