At whatever level of leadership, coaching is recognised as enabling you to deliver at your best.  For experienced leaders we recommend a coaching contract. We will discuss with you what return on investment you are looking for from your coaching relationship before agreeing the most appropriate contract.  For emerging leaders we recommend that you start out with a Mentoring / Coaching blend, allowing your leadership coach to offer greater input as you encounter new challenges.
